From the launch screen, the option to reset is just above where it says launch. I'm on PC. Get a friend to spawn into the raid at the start and join them. Unfortunatly you cant reset it yourself. You ether have to wait till reset or join another fireteam at the beginning. Its times like these where I miss destiny 1.
