EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho. Use the t7 community patch and play in eu servers, tdm and domination is pretty active. BO3 still has an RCE exploit, so use T7 community patch to get rid of any exploits.It also says that the servers may be undergoing maintenance or i may be experiencing a network interruption. It allowed me to go into the server browser but every time I try to join a server it says that my playlist data is older than the hosts.
