Extreme Flight 100” Turbo Bushmaster (TBM) Maiden flights were perfect on my new 100” TBM. This was a fun project. The installation of the VVRC 40cc twin required a few custom parts. Cody Wojcik was kind enough to design some inlet baffles. I designed an inlet opening template, cowl exit lip, and lower cowl scoop to clear the carb.Adjust the low end needle until the "four cycling" stops. Now lower the throttle more until it "four cycles" again, and adjust the low end again. Keep doing this until you reach full idle.
