This would happen every time I tried using the rear brake. After the ride when pushing on the brake I could audibly hear a squish/squeak sound when you press them.

First on the trx250r curves for the Vortex I could not finish the 9 & 0 curves. the motor speed control board quit on me after #8. I run cool-heads on all my 2 strokes, with 18cc domes (highest compression dome available pro-design) and have to use race gas. I use a cometic copper head gasket, (thinner than oem for even more compression) and never had a problem.

Aug 5, 2013 · Step 1- Refer to Changing Bearings to get access the crankshaft. Step 2- Remove the piston and keep all the parts in a safe place. Step 3- Removing the crankshaft from the bearings could be a little tricky if it is seated in there tightly.
