May 15, 2015 · Hey guys, I need help finding the best gaming monitor. I want a 4K, minimum 27 inch gaming monitor. Buy an 8K TV and cover up the top or bottom half of the panel - there's your 7680 x 2160 ultrawide. Seriously, I'd consider an 8K TV for productivity use if they made it at a small enough size to get the pixel density up over 200 ppi. That requires the panel size to be 43 inches or less. This is why it's always a good idea to buy 2 identical monitors at the same time from the same store to have the best chance at getting 2 off the same production line.
