Rimworld mods not showing up.
Just the other day I got back into Rimworld, chose several mods and had a GUI problem whereby menu items were missing from the architect tab. I reduced the number of mods and the problem magically went away. You'll likely need to do your own due diligence with a binary search: Remove half the mods and see if the problem persists.

It does not (or should not) reset priorities upon reloading (that would be rather counterproductive, as you rightly point out). Your symptoms could be explained by a mod conflict. Some mods that change priorities (e.g. to switch between different profiles, temporarily set a priority, etc.) do so by manipulating the work priorities directly.Not in main menu, or ingame menu. Enable test map sizes x Development mode check Auto-reset mods on crash check Verbose logging x That's it. There is also no option in the various toggles lower right. (show roofs, etc.) / brings up the menu, but still no options to have the menu toolbar up top as before I updated to 1.3

What you can do to get around this if it's a long term problem is to copy all the mods out of the workshop folder and paste them into the game's mod folder.
Before you start a colony, you should try to have no error's after you start Rimworld. Since you got 200+ mods and you didn't read "how to report a mod bug" it is hard to tell what cause the trouble. You should rebuild you modlist. Deactivate all beside Core,hugslib,jecstools. Then activate 10-20 mods every time and check if you got errors.

If you're still having the issue, go into big picture mode and download a mod from there, now my mods are downloading correctly (Though I also had an issue where I was playing the game with mods, closed the game, tried to launch it the next day and it started crashing, so we'll see if it's working now.) #2.
