I get demand for commercial and build a tiny bit, one side of a road maybe. Within 5 minutes all abandoned with no goods to sell. Ive looked around online and tried cargo hubs nearby, no luck. Tried warehouses nearby, no luck. The entire time there has been no demand for industry either and when i zone some just in case nothing spawns.
