My understanding of the saving system for Conan Exiles, which should not be regarded as gospel, is that the game auto-saves periodically, ever ‘X’ minutes, but will also update the save upon interacting with our spawn point, i.e.-a Bed or Bedroll.
If you're level 60 and out of feat points then there's still a way. You need to collect and use Fragments of Power. Using one these will give you 10 additional feat points.
