She’s a lot like Assassin Kama, albeit a bit less selfish. There’s nothing paradigm-shifting here, but there’s nothing to complain about either.

AoE NP aside, Hokusai is a pretty excellent servant, pairing an extremely good skillset with solid base stats and a strong class. And on top of all that, her art’s gorgeous. Also, in case you’re wondering, this is sort of an Orion situation—the little octopus is Hokusai himself, while the girl, his daughter, is a tagalong.

She’s by far the best Arts unit in the game. She’s also part of the best Buster farming team in the game and is an optimal support for a handful of other Buster Servants. She’s a workable support for Arts and Buster in general and enables some unique and situationally important things. AoE Arts SSRs with multi-hit NPs and 50% batteries are fantastic as a rule thanks to their synergy with the best support in the game. Moriarty, though, has a ton of unique drawbacks despite falling into that larger category.
