It sucked. The ability is just way too slow and does far too little damage to make it worth it. Like yeah its a huge amount of damage for a single projectile, but proc chains on higher fire rate attacks just beat it out; they don't need to "warm up" every stage and they can hit more than one target every .5 seconds.

Chuck on artifact of command, go to newt on world 1 or 2 and buy all lunars. Convert them to purity and stand behind newt and swing at him for 3-4 min. Attack gets stronger as you go so don't get discouraged. Once he dies you get the achievement. He ejects you after you do damage to him.
