Fitbit won't charge

After a great workout my charge 4 died. I wouldn't charge. Bought a new charger that I'm sending back cause it still won't charge. Hoping to get a credit to get a new Fitbit. Or maybe it's time to move on. Moderator edit: updated subject for clarity
