The cycle my dp got her bfp she took 150mg cd3-7. She was 40yrs old at the time. Ours was monitored by an RE so she had a follie scan on cd12 and triggered that night and they did the IUI 35 hrs past trigger shot. She started feeling o pains on the way home from IUI. I took a test this morning, 14 days after taking 5000IU's of hcg, and got a BFP, but I'm still being cautious that it could be because I still have hcg in my system from the trigger shot.In general, though, follicles grow at a rate of 1-3mm per day. So they will keep monitoring and letting them grow. When the largest gets in about the 18-24 range, you will trigger and do IUI. Some clinics aim a little lower though, and follicles do continue to grow and mature after the trigger.

I did a fresh 3-day embryo transfer 10 days ago, triggered with 10,000 units HCG 14 days ago. I did not test out trigger. HPT FRER digital was positive yesterday (9dp3dt / 13 days after trigger) and today (10dp3dt / 14 days after trigger). But... the trigger stays in your system 10-14 days, so I am wary.
