My first orientation was with 10 other new associates. That took 10 hours in total. Second time coming back to the store, I was the only associate doing orientation, so the personnel assistant read to me for 8 hours, then she told me come back the next day to do CBLS etc, finding out that I only had like 4 hours of CBLS, after already completing the others last time I was an associate.
