This -- I had a switch. Last year, I was running sub-10 minute 1-2 miles outdoors. When I returned to OTF, I started with a base pace of 5.5 and my overall "pace" for class was like 10:30/mile. Now at OTF, I'm consistently sub 10 -- and my outdoor paces haven't adjusted or gotten any easier.
