Not ideal, and doesn't collect the bound essence or a lot of umbral energy, but if you are farming opulent red bars it is the fastest way I have found. Opulent is by far the easiest to grind for since you can load into a nightmare containment directly and you have a 1 in 4 chance that you will be put into tier three on top of the fact that you can get the umbral energy from sever missions and chests from around the leviathan that use the opulent keys.

I think bungie should have lowered the required energy needed to focus from 27 down to 9 or something like the blue vender. I’ve had no issue running containment this season. 9 per boss kill so 3 runs per focus. Not super fast but easy to do.
