As somebody else said, selling animal skins also works. Bast is one of the best areas to do this; in UWE the combat is even more constant in that region than it is in vanilla. Living world also plays nice with other overhauls, by and large. So you can mix and match Reactive World, Lost in the Ashlands, or whatever else you want to create your own experience.
