Customer service was constantly trying to blame me (claimed I didn't give the doctor my patient id when I did, claimed I had to pay the state before they would update the system, etc). I had to say I wanted a refund before they actually got the doctor to approve me through the system.
Called veriheal again and was basically told oh well that's not our problem. I have a call into the board of pharmacy, but I have no idea when they'll get back to me. Veriheal customer service was incredibly unhelpful. Its crazy to me how much better service my husband received. My opinion is, if you can go elsewhere you probably should.
