Two mods I use to handle it: One bed to sleep with all and Polyamory Beds (Vanilla Edition) with the Royalty patch. The Polyamory bed one bed to sleep with all unfortunately limits the amount of people in a relationship to 5. Yes, this became an issue in my colony.
