Why does instant replay keep turning off.

The issue has persisted throughout my upgrades from a GTX 1060 - RTX 2080 - RTX 3080. I wish Nvidia would acknowledge the problem because I used to love using shadowplay. it's the streaming sites blocking, not the driver and neither the browser. i use hue sync with plex, watching movies on the projector, if i only open netflixdotcom or amazonprimevideo, HUE Sync instantly gets blocked. they recognize screen capturing, so they block it. if i'm wrong, or if there's any way to block the sites from blocking, please help.
