Content sharing for the builder will only work for characters being made in the campaign. Use the link your DM sent you to create the character. If that’s what you are doing then make sure content sharing is still enabled. Go to the campaign page and check the top left corner. It should say if sharing is enabled. If content sharing is enabled, there is a "content management" button that shows all the content being shared (including the PHB if that's shared, only the free stuff that doesn't need to be shared is left off the list). If you don't see anything like that, content sharing is not on.

I am trying to find what you're looking for, I swear I saw a list of source with how they were obtained somewhere, but fyi the content sharing is only from the person who created the campaign, usually the DM. The players in the campaign do not share their content with the rest of the group.
