With this Marvel Contest of Champions (MCOC) Tier List I'm trying to cover a few types of players, but mostly this will be more helpful to new players who just downloaded and started playing this game or have been playing for the last 1-3 months continuously and don't have an idea about which are the MCOC Best Champs or Top Tier Champs for Offense (Attack) and Defense.
