Circe is a nice downtown Providence restaurant. We had dinner as a small group of non valentine day diners on a busy Valentines Day night. We started with a perfect lobster risotto and calamari as appetizers. The risotto was creamy and flavorful. The calamari was lightly fried, crispy while not greasy. Both were a hit. I had the seared ahi tuna.
