AoE Arts SSRs with multi-hit NPs and 50% batteries are fantastic as a rule thanks to their synergy with the best support in the game. Moriarty, though, has a ton of unique drawbacks despite falling into that larger category.

The mini Garden of Avalon skill looks good, but 500 heal and 3% NP is too low. The crit is nice but has no crit damage up. If she was a SSR with SSR stats, she would be 7 or 8/10 or high B tier.
