I changed the chain case every 1200 miles lubed and adjusted the track every other ride and adjusted the belt when needed. Never even changed the plugs. Remove the pipe and take the case cover off to drain and clean it out. Re-tap the holes, they are a M6-1.0, and replace the bolts. The bolts skidoo used are a POS and they have a tapered edge that will strip out the casing when you put them back in. Replace the case cover and refill via the breather opening. Nov 17, 2008 · Test #1. If you can hold 5 psi for 10 mins with the PTO elbow cap off your inner PTO & MAG bearing seals are good. If air passes through the PTO elbow your inner PTO seal is leaking. There are varying degrees of inner seal leaking, slow leak means it hasn't failed completely but you are on borrowed time.

Turning the screw in RICHENS the mixture by blocking off incoming air.
