Decided to disconnect all cables and power and let it sit for 1 minute. Reconnected all the cables and power and left it to do its thing. Came back 15 minutes later and was still at the welcome screen. Changed out the HDMI and coax cables and let it run again after letting the 4k Box sit unattached for a few minutes.
