This will disconnect the front panel from the shroud assembly. Grab the front panel on each side with your hands.
Remove the back plate of the the washer. Loosen the 1/2" bolt that holds the motor to provide a little "play" in the motor shaft. Loop the belt under the motor shaft onto the pulley. Now pull the belt up onto the large pulley as far up as you can go and start rotating the belt and the pulley together until the entire belt is fed onto the pulley.
