Why does instant replay keep turning off.

I updated to the new drivers and am also on win 11 i played valorant and notice that when i turn on my instant replay it turns off immediately by it self, so i went back to win 10 and reinstalled the drivers and geforce experience and its still turning off after turning it on. 2. 4.
