I studied really hard and my AAMC practice scores are around 514 now (MCAT has been cancelled for me so I only have practice scores right now). Dont worry about the score.

Dont focus on the actual score, but if your score increases overtime taking the blueprint tests. My goal is one point per week (taking one exam a week)! So far, Blueprint tests and practice questions, as well as kaplan books, have helped me do that. As for the CARS section, I think blueprint is more deflating. Some of their stuff is so specific.

Yes, those are the 205 version of the MCAT. That was the last time it was revised to be the current format.
