Presently this customer has between 6 users online at a time, they show @ 1200 connections between the 6 of them .Confirmed to not be a DNS issue. While Google's DNS servers were accessible any resource that Cox routed traffic to via Level3 or to Microsoft's cloud servers, and possibly Some of Amazon's were inaccessible due to a routing issue.
