Mate, anything is a good idea, just try it. I wouldn't say it's a bad idea. If you have high arcane, it isn't bad. There are better options though. Imo, yes. The primary strength of Eleonora's is the weapon art (if you can call it a strength at all, it's kind of clunky), so there isn't a lot of benefit to running a second.

In fact, it would appear to not having any scaling at all, other than bleed building faster with arcane. Not sure if this is intentional or not... Def a bug. The poleblade has a good weapon art already and has good blood build up which will make up for potential lost dps. With equal Dex and Arc Eleanora's Poleblade is wicked good.

It is better to dual wield at high level for pretty much every weapon unless you are using a shield, 2 handing is never needed. I believe it's really preference.
