The service rep couldn't see it either. Everything else works. Anyone has seen the same issue? Any word from Pentair as to when the App will be updated?

You have two problems. If the app does not see the ET on your local network it will not appear in "Local Systems". That is a routing problem within your network and can be a firewall or connection problem between the wires and WiFi bridge.
