It is worth the small time investment up front to just make a 4 person group and grind dungeons together. For tank and healer jobs though, there isn't even remotely a contest - spamming dungeons, even via duty finder, is far superior. The weapons are outdated. The first ones are what, 235 and the Kinnas are 255.
