Our Chapter. Welcome to the Boston Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. We have been making a difference in our community since 1946. On June 1, 1946, Anne Magbie, the first Chapter President, traveled to Philadelphia to be present at the meeting convened by first National President Dorothy Wright to organize a national structure for the organization.
