Hello, I'm kind of torn. I want to relive the experience and level a character to max level in WOTLK. No dungeons-raids-pvp just grinding and questing. I've been researching a bit and some people really praise shaman and others say its not to great leveling. I did get a warrior to level 23 so far doing protection with revenge.

Most blues at lvl80 are better then SWP gear. Very very few pieces will be pre/raid BIS for people and generally not worth farming for fresh people. Revenge set is all in on avoidance. Badge and za gear can take you a fair way but you will still want a few pieces from bt/hyjal or better to get the set really strong.
