The p10s is almost identical to the p10 c. The grip/magwell is just shorter, only 12 rounds instead of 15. If you want a G48 get a G48. CZ makes a lot of great options but none will carry the same that the G48 does due to the difference in thickness. It’s a bit off-topic (non-CZ), but a pretty good option for the OP would be the Sig P365XL (or P365). It is comparable to the Glock 48 in size and thickness, benefitting from a single stack.
