Just picked it up last Monday and got a mag thru it yesterday and it got louder the last 2-3 shots. Thought it was ammo going super but not the case. Host was a Glock 19X with Rugged Obsidian 9 on a SilencerCo barrel.

They received the can last Friday I got it back this afternoon. New end cap, rebored, new baffles, new keymo adapter, and sand blasted and coated. I didn't get an explanation as to what may have caused the issues but it was fully resolved and I pretty much have a new can. I shouldn't have blamed Dead Air without fully understanding what happened.

I did have issues with the baffles getting 90 degrees off key and stuck previously. Probably from a baffle strike. When I called my dealer they said they had never seen them rotate before and to contact Mack brothers about it. Little solvent action and beating it on a board to free the baffles and I never gave it a second thought.

Josh/CGS can say that about their cans because the bore rapers larger, so you are shooting a .224 projectile through a .375 hole at the end of the can (in the case of using it on a 556).
