With it's ability dropping special defense by 25% and 135 base special just about anything else in the game is cleanly two shot and even water bliss losses outright to sub nasty plot. OU rain should be bird spam right now, because grass spam is a thing and a lot of teams have sturdy water resists for Urshifu. Your team comp should have Peli + Ferro (mandatory core) + breaker + ss cleaner + bird + flex/bird. For breakers you’ve got options like Keldeo, Urshifu, Primarina, Kyurem, Volcanion, etc.
