Yes the wiiu emulator is much more mature and has more graphical options. With a good pc you could play BotW in 4k. Wii U easier to run. My quick take: yes CEMU is more mature but it also happens to just run better on the deck compared to YUZU. Maybe YUZU developments will close the gap but who knows.

Cemu did take almost two and a half years to get BotW running stable 30fps on mid-lower end hardware. Yuzu doesn't run BOTW at more than 30fps.
