If the nagakiba has bleed on it you'll proc bleed much faster dual wielding while having a slightly higher dps if all of your hits connect. Powerstance will often give you between 20-50% more dps at the expense of slightly longer combos, more stamina use and the inability to use block.Nagakiba needs 18 STR and 22 dex to wield and you'll need some endurance if you want to dual wield them. Making an Item fire, changes it to STR primary stat. Nagakiba does better Dex as making it keen Gives A scaling in Dex. Flame makes it B in Faith, Magic, B in INT, Cold ...The only issue is you won't be able to get optimal damage scaling for both. Nagakiba scales best with lightning unless very high dex where keen is better, and flaming strike only scales off strength and doesn't give an option to lightning infuse.
