I am able to open Goldleaf app on the Switch after entering RCM mode but unable to install games either directly from PC or from SD card. From what I am seeing I am supposed to pick .nsp games, I do this , choosing install, choosing SD card or memory location and then when the process starts it stops and I am getting the following ERROR.

When FTP fails, it’s usually graceful and doesn’t corrupt stuff. It does mean Transfer and install are desperate, so you need twice the size of a game available to install.
