There is no upgrade you're just playing the ps4 version. Still uses regular ps4 saves so you can still upload and download normally between ps4 and ps5. Load times are a small bit better but it plays pretty much the same as on ps4. I've been playing xenoverse 2 on the ps5 for like a year and a half now lol.
