The big question is, is it reliable and will it go bang, I've heard some mixed reviews so I wanted to bring it here because I'm considering buying a Canik TP9 Elite SC. Additionally, the competition aftermarket support for the Canik TP9 series is actually, surprisingly, quite good. It is better. Have both and shot them side by side, it's noticeable and my tp9 sfx is tricked out for competitions. Feels better, at least in my hand. Mostly improved ergonomics, more ways to get a better grip on the Mete. Improved beavertail, improved grip, more leverage from the included magwell and higher grip.

The SFX models are all of caniks Competition guns and since the rival is the best of the best, you can cut out the middle man of the METE sfx and go straight for the Rival. On the one hand, an all-steel pistol, optics ready, with mount plates, changeable grips, and 1913 rail, and that good a trigger for under $1000 is almost laughably good value compared to what's out there now. I bought a 20 rounder only to take off and put an after market +4 base plate only to realize I just paid 4 more dollars to not use the base plate it comes with. Just trying to save you a couple of dollars if I can. Thinking back, any Canik mags at that time were absolutely impossible to find. I had to punch a 6 year old to get mine. 🤫😂

K series will fit fine. I have a 507 K on my METE SF, my EDC, and it looks like I will be getting one for my mc9 as well. K series Vulcan will fit as well, if those come down a little bit I would definitely consider that one as well.
