We pride ourselves on providing hands-on, experiential learning opportunities for students both inside and outside the classroom.The Dean of the College of Engineering is responsible for academic programs and support services within the College, which comprises five departments including Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Biomedical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. The Dean’s A national search is now underway to identify the next dean of the University of Delaware’s College of Engineering, UD President Dennis Assanis and Provost Laura Carlson announced today. A search advisory committee has been appointed, and an executive search firm has been retained.
