I personally recommend MFF over all of them any day, some of them listed can cause problems with unique followers like inigo, not had any problems with MFF and uniques, I don't use MFF on them though, only on followers like serana, Lydia etc.

The new update last week apparently got rid of some bugs. I've been using it with Nether's (NFF) for a few days now and it's been working flawlessly.
