Each has its own niche and I think they're pretty well balanced against each other, though they could probably both afford to be better compared to other ML drops. Staff of Frost Hydra (Good reach, good damage, projectiles are slow, so may miss) Rainbow Crystal (Beautiful damage, but projectiles are delayed.
