Nes red blinking light

NES send no video signal. Since I changed my 72 pin connector, the red light doesn't blink anymore and it seems to work perfectly, but my console don't send video signal anymore. No gray or blinking screen, just a no signal message. I have this metal piece ( see picture ) that get hot real quick.

The thing is that when I put games in, they felt a little loose and I was met with a red blinking light meaning the console is having issues reading the game.
