Dec 22, 2021 · While the wings are cooking, make Virgil's Real Barbecue BBQ Chicken Wings Sauce according to the recipe below. Keep warm until wings are done cooking. Remove the wings from the smoker or grill. Place half of the wings into a medium bowl. Cover with about 1/2 of the prepared sauce. Toss to coat.
