We went to Soba Totto for restaurant week dinner, and for $45, you get an appetizer, your choice of a second course, and a main dish. Some items were pretty solid, and others somewhat forgettable. The agedashi tofu had good flavor, but by the time it arrived, the breading was too soggy and chewy. The tempura was a bit too oily.
