nickjnoodle 3y 0 [SOLVED (for me, at least)] I don't know if this helps but I tried turning on instant replay while Hulu was open, and I know how stingy streaming companies are about keeping their footage unrecorded, doing things like blacking out OBS's view and disabling screenshots. I closed Hulu and turned it on no problem.
AlwaysShadow keeps checking every x seconds and tries to turn it on. This results in messages constantly popping up saying "Instant replay is now off". You have to update your Nvidia Geforce, or the graphics driver. This is basically the "Forced" update which i find so annoying. I wish they would separate the two programs. Happens to me all the time when they want an update.
